"The Junkie and His Bike"

My roommate Joe wrote an article about mountain biking recently and we decided to take some pictures to accompany the essay. "The Junkie and His Bike" is kind of a gritty piece so we wanted the photos to reflect that. Here are my favorite shots.

I work nights twice a week which can be either a blessing or a curse. When it's storming or the snow freezes, working night crew can be absolutely miserable. But on occasion, the conditions are perfect and the moon comes out to reveal Lake Tahoe and this epic view from our shack at the top of Belmont chair.
